Do you like working in the open air, do you have technical insight and do you like to put your boots in the clay? We are immediately looking for an installation employee outside service.
Installation employee
- 40 hours a week
- One year contract, with a view to renewal
- Hoogezand, activities throughout the Netherlands and Belgium
In this position you work together with two colleagues on installing our windmills on the farmyard. Our unique product, a small windmill with wooden blades, is produced at our locations in Hoogezand and Rijswijk. As soon as the permit has been received and the mill is in stock, the installation will be scheduled. Together with your colleagues, you ensure that the mills are placed on the farmyard. This concerns earthworks, work on the electrical installation and assembling the mill. In addition, you and the rest of the installation team are responsible for work preparation, the proper organization of your own installation work and cooperation with external parties. On average, you place 2 windmills per week. The installation of 1 project takes 2 to 3 days.
Our sales figures are skyrocketing, which is of course not surprising given the current energy prices. But that also means that many windmills have to be installed. We expect to install many additional turbines in the coming period. The ambition is to work with two installation teams within a year, where we currently go out with one team.
No project is the same, our product is. In this position you are on the road a lot. Occasionally you spend the night in a hotel.

Profile
- You have MBO working and thinking level
- You have a technical background, knowledge of installation is an advantage
- You can work independently and like to be on the road
- You enjoy working outdoors
- You have practical insight and work solution-oriented
- You don't have a 9 to 5 mentality
- You are not afraid to get dirty (in your EAZ workwear)
