Vacancy -Work planner Elektra NL

Can you switch quickly, monitor a good overview and do you have knowledge of electricity? Do you want to work in a dynamic and growing company? We are looking for an electrical engineer.

Work planner Elektra NL

  • 32-40 hours a week
  • Hoogezand (working from home partly possible)
  • 1 year contract with intention to extend

As a work planner, you ensure that there is peace and stability within the installation teams through thorough work preparation. You ensure that the material is in stock in time and you create a clear structure. Due to your complete and accurate transfer, the installers are well prepared to get started.

There are about 16 to 20 projects running at the same time. You monitor the overview and realize the preparation for each project. After our sellers have received a signed quote, you can get started. You will investigate what is expected and in some cases check on location what is needed. You check the connection, assess to what extent it is practically feasible and draw up the cable route. You prepare the entire installation of the wind/solar combination. You also assess whether the meter cupboard meets the requirements. You estimate how much time the project will take and you ensure that all necessary products are ready and in stock.

You are on the road about one day a week (that can be throughout the Netherlands), otherwise you work from Hoogezand. As a work planner you are part of the installation and service team, which consists of 10-12 colleagues.

Activities and responsibilities

  • Site visit (inspect difficult situations yourself, to be able to make your design)
  • Project engineering (electrical)
  • Determine cable routes
  • On-farm logistics (transport, ramps, lifting tool)
  • Click notifications
  • Coordinating work / consultation with solar partners (project level) and our partner in Belgium
  • Purchase of project-specific materials (e.g. cables)
  • Transfer from work preparation to execution

What are you bringing?

  • You have completed at least an MBO course in a relevant direction (e.g. electrical engineering)
  • You are in possession of certificates NEN1010 and NEN3140
  • You are in possession of a driver's license
  • You are good problem solver
  • You are good at planning, organizing and keeping an overview
