In this position you ensure proper planning and coordination of the service and maintenance of our wind turbines in the Netherlands and Belgium. The goal of our service team is to minimize unplanned maintenance and to optimize maintenance plans. We carry out scheduled maintenance every year. You keep an eye on the monitoring system on a daily basis and communicate with the engineers about risks and solutions. You are able to make the connection between fleet analyzes and incident reports to maintenance programs and practical technical solutions for our customers. You are the point of contact for the service team, plan the work and solve technical customer questions. You report to the management.
We currently have a fleet of 600 wind turbines which will grow to >1000 in the next two years. Our service technicians carry out approximately two inspections per day and also resolve malfunctions. The work is at a height of 15 meters with a cherry picker. The execution of larger-scale revisions and the resolution of ad hoc malfunctions also form the other part of the work. The service team consists of five colleagues and will continue to grow strongly in the coming years.
