Country Manager Germany
Country Manager Germany- 40 hours a week
- Northern Germany
In this role you are responsible for the commercial and business development of our wind turbines in Germany. We are facing an interesting challenge: entering the German market. We have already installed a number of windmills in Germany, and there is great potential. We will therefore structurally break open the German market further.
From the start you work in a team of two in which you work closely with an experienced team leader back office, who has knowledge of EAZ Wind and in particular the processes surrounding lobbying and permits.
From the Netherlands we arrange the planning and installation, you coordinate and monitor the overview. You are the connecting link between the customer and the implementation from the Netherlands.
This year we want to start from sales with the existing growth of leads. There is already a lot of interest in our mill in Germany. In 2024 we want to further expand the current business to more than 100 windmills on an annual basis. The first installation will be realized in early 2024.

- Sale of the windmills
- Managing the sales team DE (shaping and building, long term)
- Marketing (DE specific)
- Attract and manage partnerships
- Coordinating installation and service (planning and overview)
- Customer contact DE
Profile
- You have an excellent command of the German language
- You have experience working in Germany
- You have commercial knowledge and experience
- You understand the different aspects that are necessary to build a business sustainably
- You are driven, social and goal-oriented
- Affinity with the agricultural sector is an advantage
